if your server is congested, you should be able to apply to move your character to a less-congested server for free. Instructions are included in the text box as soon as you log in.

thats not the issue, the issue is that im on twintania, and its a 100% xp bonus server, and my friend wanna join that as well, i dont wanna lose a 100% bonus.

Other than waiting for an open slot on twintania, best bet is probably having your friend make a character on another server in the same data center and just use world visit to play together.

Yeah. You can do pretty much anything together short of marriage and accessing retainers while on world visit.

okay good, cuz if we can find another european server with 100% xp bonus that he can join, we can play together, i dont know how that will affect the xp bonus when visiting a world though

Not sure. I believe road to 70 is disabled during world visit, though. So one of you would have to give up the bonus while together.

May be wrong on that one, though.

As long as you are on the same data center you can do pretty much everything but join the same FC together with the world visit system.

but i dont get it, if he wanna play with me for the XP bonus, on twintania, TWINTANIA is the ONLY server with xp bonus 100% then he have to make a NEW character when it is up, checking every hour or so, which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, :( isnt there anyway he can recieve the xp bonus or play with me with it

How about creating character OUT OF PEAK TIMES ON TWINTANIA? TRY IT IN THE MORNING, is it that hard?

They'll have to wait until a preferred world opens up, then transfer their character to that world, and then they'll get the exp buff for a minimum of 90 days. Until then, they'll have to be content with making a character on a normal world.

Keep in mind that in order to transfer for free, they must either transfer from a congested world to a preferred world, or they must wait until a new world opens up (which does not depend on their current world's status).
