I have multi millions all made legit. You just sound lazy and don't want to put the effort to make money ( stupid easy btw)
Yea gil buyers exist, but smaller percentage than you think. Most people make money legit, it is so stupid easy
Housing in this game is a joke. As implemented it's just a mechanic designed to keep people subscribed long term. Keeping it scarce and requiring people to log in often or lose it guarantees it.
Instance housing if done right would solve a lot of problems. Let people visit their friends instances and other instances it could end up being better than what we have. Could potentially let them increase the placeable item count, ect too. I've seen a few threads over the years on the main forums where people have had some pretty cool ideas too. Couldn't hurt to explore the option at least. I mean you say it's barren and lifeless right now so sounds worth improving to me.
Yeah, that's what she does. She just does crafting and gathering, she doesn't run the dungeons. Finds them too stressful.
I stand outside my house often enough because the market board and the bell are near there, plus I can run back into the house and get some other items.
But in reality, my neighbour is always empty. People don't walk around the housing districts, ever. There's nothing to do in the house if you are not roleplaying. You can play dollhouse for so long before you get bored.
In reality, it's worthless 2.0 design concept that didn't get fleshed out properly and is pretty much pointless by now. Whatever the real intention for housing was when the game was released is probably long forgotten at this point.
It's another forgotten feature, like crafting dungeon loot, Grand Company's, Fates, and 8 man story raids.
there's a word for it, Extortion.
They also don't let you play the game if you don't pay membership fees. Is that extortion as well?
