question about bonus exp on prefered worlds

so technicly i could lv everything to say 69 or just stay below 70, and still get the bonus exp as long ass nothing hits lv 70 ?

If you level something to 70 while you have the road to 70 buff, you regain said buff if you swap to a different class that's below 70

You're stuck with the buff, no exceptions until at least 90 days have passed. If after 90 days, your world is still a preferred world, you'll continue to keep that buff until the server is no longer preferred. And yes, everything kotetsu said is also true

The list is revised at least once a week, based on population changes over the week.
You can see the updated list in the news section of the launcher and the Lodestone.

im on EU server chaos, spriggans. it is a new server but also prefered. works for me, all the NA servers are all congested (full)
