How to tell apart dungeons that give no exp?

Something weird is going on. I've been levelling my third job now but its the first time i've noticed that.
Level 69, I do Castrum Abania, enemy gives around 60k exp, overall dungeon run is 6m exp or so. I get level 70 and proceed to the next dungeon, Ala Mhigo. Enemy here gives 3.5k exp (!) and overall dungeon run is around 1 million exp. Now, I do know I've lost my "road to 70 buff" and only +50% remains, but seriously, what? I do not recall it being anywhere near that level before. I am somewhat sure when I get to lvl 71 dungeon, a single enemy would grant me around 25-30k exp, not those sill 3k exp.

So, the question is, how do I know which dungeon is going to be giving me 5-10 times less exp than it should have been giving on that level?

50 60 70 dungeons give little xp, they are the ones that were in the expert queue in their time, dungeons that were run in endgame after capping the level.

Strange, I haven't noticed that. So it will be better for me to just do some 69s (pun intended) and then 71s?
