Do world servers matter?
me and brother want to play and we are both on same data center, but hes on mateus world server and its full atm so if i go on a diffrent server can we still play together like all quest ect

as long you are in the same data center yes, you can play with your brother

ah okay so we can raid dungeoun do quest together no restrictions?

There are a few restrictions because one of you will have to "visit" the other's server. This limits things like house buying, market boards, FC joining and a few things like that. Questing and dungeons however are completly unrestricted and can be done together no problem.
