Trying to get friend on leviathan

But world is congested a few years ago back when i started the server status updated at certain times i cant find the times it update now.

I'm afraid you're going to just have to wait i know it's unfortunate but usually you can get into even highly populated worlds if you do so at times people aren't online like say 3-4 AM or something; the problem is because the expansion just came out everyone is online nonstop so EVERY server is congested ATM and you're going to have a really hard time making new characters on any world. There's a refresh option on the character screen you can only use once every 3 mins is how it functions now is probably why you can't find the times anymore it's not really at predesignated times i've seen servers open up and close different servers withing the 3 minute time span refreshing the button.

Try to get them on a different server in the same datacenter. From there, they can use world visit to play together with you.

"We"? How can your friend have tons of friends on a server who doesn't even play on.

Just have him play on whatever server he likes on the same datacenter and have him visit yours. You can do everything together except be in the same FC.

There are two ways the servers will not accept new characters.


1. When there's over a certain amount of people online.
This is automatic and updated frequently.

2. When SE sets servers to congested.
This is manual, and is updated when SE decides that the server is no longer considered congested. This typically happens during a maintenance.
These servers will not allow new characters, or even transfers to them.
