I am like, way past that location and MSQ there, already doing post-Stormblood quests and did most sidequests, but still cannot get there. Can someone tell me how do I get access there?

Thank so much! lol if the one i'm missing is really in the cave beneath, i guess i will be able to just fly there to the Dhoro Iloh. If not, I'll just follow the guide to find the one. I'll check asap.
