Steam Shadowbringers CD Key Invalid

So I bought ShadowBringer from the steam store the other day and the CD Key doesn't work,i keep getting that it is a invalid code and yes i followed all the instructions on steam and SE site on how to properly input the code correctly and yes I bought RR on steam. None of these worked. Has anyone else experienced this problem on making there CD key Valid?

Just in case, make sure when you copy the key it has no spaces.

Make sure your base game is steam too if you bought the base game anywhere else you can never use a steam key.

Are you putting it on the correct page?
There are 2 Redeem pages

One is Redeem Item
Other is Redeem Expansion

Has to redeem on the correct page

Yea didn't work still invalid in the redeem expansion and yes i even looked at other people having issues and it didn't work out for me when i tried

Check you're account type in the Mogstation.

Standard = non-Steam keys only
Standard (Steam) = Steam keys only

Does the expansion region match the base games, NA for NA and Eu for EU ect.

Well i bought the main game on steam and this is a brand new computer.

Square Enix has seperate pages to input codes for Steam and Non Steam versions.

Do you have a link or something like that? Going on Mogry -> Account -> Registrationcode (the pink one) and then at the bottom of the page.

Okay note that you need the correct key AND the right button....

You will want to find the key that says "FFXIV: Endwalker Pre-purchase Bonus Content"
then register it under the Bonus/pre-purchase content button and NOT the Enter Item Code button.

If you did it correctly it will Prompt you to redeem the earrings and THE BUTTON WILL VANISH after this has been completed.

The OTHER code can only be redeemed upon the release for Endwalker OR 4 days before that if you pre-purchased (the CE).
