We are writing to inform you that the FINAL FANTASY XIV service account registered to this e-mail address has been suspended on 05/07/2019 due to a confirmed breach of the following rules and agreements:

3.3 Profanity and Offensive Language. You may not use profanity or any language that a reasonable person would find offensive. The Game is for players aged 16 and older except players who are resident in Germany, Australia or New Zealand where the Game is for players aged 12 and older. You agree to behave accordingly.

3.5 Naming Right. You may not use any name or other intellectual property belonging to SQUARE ENIX or any other third party in your use of the Game (for example, naming a character after a celebrity, company, product or superhero).

We found evidence of this violation from the following behaviour, which led to this suspension:

I think ban is justified. Although I hope it is just a temporal suspension till you change name or create a new character and this is a bit of misunderstanding? Hope they are not perma banning people just for that?

I dont know what happened . I had another account on JPN servers called gaijinkiller....but i dont think they looked into that name since i already had a name ban

I very much doubt they banned you permanently for using a naughty word. There's more to this story than what you're telling us I think.
