Why SQEX Removed All Previous Expansions?
I know that the latest expansions includes everything. But why do they remove all previous expansions whenever a new one is released on Steam? I wish they didn't remove it so new players have the option to buy each expansions 1 by 1 / step by step with a cheaper price for the older expansions & not forcing us to buy the new ones (which comes with all expansions, I know.). I own Shadowbringers & I'm still at Heavensward & need to clear Stormblood to reach Shadowbringers. x_x

(And I’m a bit OCD seeing my DLC list on my library where its only shows that I own Shadowbringers & not “everything”. xD)

You buy Shadowbringers you receive Heavensward and Stormblood.

It's actually Steam doing this. Over on Square Enix, you can still buy the older expansions separate. In fact, they recently offered Heavensward for free, despite Shadowbringers being about to release at the time. An offer that Steam players did not get access to.

Simply put, Steam does stuff weird and Squeenix have to do things differently with them.

None of the expansions do, anywhere.

The mis-information here is shocking.

1. It's not Steam doing this. Older expansions get tossed in with the most recent expansion.
2. https://store.eu.square-enix-games.com/en_GB/search/final%20fantasy%2014 Show me Heavensward or Stormblood in that list
3. Heavensward was given away to all, Steam users came afterwards.
