Report a translation problem
A proc isn't just something that is enabled by an other ability (that would be a combo).
It's the combination of having to use an "trigger" ability and a set % for that ability to trigger said proc.
In short, it's a game a game of chance.
Then it may be something good for me that may happen, but only if I do something or equip something first with no guarantee that it will happen. All I can be sure of is the probability.
Or it may be something bad, like an extra power for a boss, that I have no control over but should be ready for if it happens.
