How much time does the billing take?
I have put money on my steam wallet yesterday(1 day of subscription was left) and the subscription was renewed today at 3 am. When i logged into mog station at 2 pm it was said that the billing process is still going on. Anyway i am still able to log into FF and play but when they will check that my subscription is active?

Log in and before you click your character, bottom right of the screen tells you how many days of game time you have remaining.

I did exactly as you described(auto payment via steam wallet) but subscription doesn't appear on mog station as well as it isn't written that i have more days subscribed at character screen, Despite it doesn't recognize subscription i am still able to play the game. On mog station when i click steam payment and it says:




The Square Enix Account Management System is currently processing upcoming service fees for billing.
During this period, you will not be able to do any of the following:

- Add/Change Subscriptions
- Retainer Service
- Companion App
- Update Payment Method
- Add PlayStation®4 License
- Add Windows® License
- Add Mac License
- Add Game Time Card
- Buy gametime with paysafecard
- Cancel Subscription
- Cancel Service Account
- Cancel Square Enix Account

These actions will become possible once again after the billing processes have completed.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.




I hope it will be fine tomorrow and if not i will consider writing to the support

Mine has been instant since 2013...........same when I switched to steam in 2014.

Let me clarify

Log into THE GAME (Not the Mogstation) and the bottom right corner of the game screen will show how much game time you have remaining....

There you will see if your subscription has been posted ( It may have been posted before it completes processing, like most credit card payments post before processing is complete)

Consider manually doing it, rather than a recurring subscription ( I manually add gametime a few days before instead of recurring) Manual is instant and no "processing"

About manually adding subscription time - in russia reoccurring subscription costs 289 rub(1 month) thats something like 4$ per month. If i add time manually it take costs by european prices so i must pay 3 or more times than i pay now so i use only steam subscription

nice necro, and the veteran rewards are given based on the payment method if you pay using the one time payment or gametime cards you receive the reward in the same day as long as the time paid is the same or over the requeriment for the reward ex: you pay 180 days of sub you'll get Tantalus Attire and Advent Attire instantly
Now if you pay using auto renewal you'll only get the rewards once the sub reach the days required so you have to wait 60/150/240/330 days of subtime to get the rewards

Necro aside - Also keep in mind that any free play time won't be shown ingame on the login screen. It will just suddenly say 30 days, then 60 days if memory serves from me personally.

I bought the game on Steam. I got the 30 + 15 days after hitting level 30. It showed the correct days on the char screen. After paying by CC for the sub directly when those days counted down, it took SE a day to show my purchase and my 30 days on the char screen have yet to count down.

Haha, I'm sure come that 30th day I'll be locked out.
