фришный ключ Heavensward из стора не активируется

может кто подробно описать как активировать фришный ключ? пытался в мог стейшн активировать, пишет можно активировать только Stormblood, complete collectors и complete edition, в списке heavensward нет. и при активации ключа пишет The entered code is invalid.

How do I redeem my Game Activation Code?
1. Log in to the Mog Station (http://sqex.to/Msp) with your Square Enix account.
2. Select 'Your Account'.
3. Select the service account you want to register the code on.
4. Check your licenses (optional).
5. Select 'Enter the Registration Code for the Expansion’ and follow the instructions on-screen.
6. Start the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online launcher and log in with your Square Enix account.
7. Download Heavensward when prompted (If not prompted, Heavensward will download automatically)

You can't register SE store expansions on a steam account
And you can't register steam store expansions on a SE account

but I cant activate in mog station, not in steam

Doesn't matter, If bought FFXIV on steam you must buy all expansions on steam.
If you bought on SE website, you need to buy from there.

Mog Station knows if your account is steam or not steam
