Where do you get a stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grade 5 clear prism?

This stupid ass game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible for basic instructions. I have all master recipes and they all ask for various grades of clear prisms but the merchants only sell gradeless clear prisms? Unbelievably ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ irritating.

First off, chill out, it's not the game that is being stupid.

Second, the graded clear prisms were patched out months ago. Use the gradeless ones.

Patched out months ago yet the recipes in game still mention them and the official lodestone website still shows them in the item database? Yeah I'm gonna be mad when I waste time looking for ♥♥♥♥ that hasn't been in the game for months and hasn't been updated anywhere.

The graded prisms still exist in-game so they are still in the Database but they are not obtainable any more. They can be exchanged for the gradeless ones in Mor Dhona.

Removed from game last patchm you need to go to MorDhona to exchange them. The same npc that normally sold them exchanges them for the new ones.
