Tried twice, im stuck at moving all the wayward hatchlings to the next gate which i already did with that yellow arrow spot nothing happens even when the time run out.

You need to place your minions at the very back at B (not the blue marked zones but the deadend further down where they can heal as well). Then mark minions and rightclick the same spot at A or C to teleport your minions (and not letting them walk there).
