Game perfomance on AMD cpus

I posted a threat for help to build my first pc build whit intel but now i considering the amd alternative but i heard the game don't perform good on amd cpus. Is this true? Can someone whit a amd build tell me opinions.

I gonna use the pc for mainly this game.

I think you're confusing CPU and GPU. I've never heard of any problems with AMD CPUs, AMD GPUs on the other hand seem to have some problems with the game.

I'm an Intel/Nvidia user though, so can't give any personal experience on the matter.

I use AMD (FX-8320) Eight-core processor and I run the game perfectly. I also used to have a AMD GPU too, but I've recently switched to Nvidia.

So there should not be any problems with AMD or atleast not for me.

intel boasts the fastest *single-core* performance. a lot of games will only use 1 core, so it's no wonder that some gamers will swear by intel.

Fact of the matter is, you probably aren't going to buy intels fastest most expensive chip, so there is likely an AMD equivelant at a cheaper price point.

I'm using the fx6300 -- 3.5ghz * 6 with AMD Radeon R9 graphics.

I have been playing this game since it first launched.

I've had nothing But AMD processors and Graphics cards and I've never had any issues what so ever

Most claims that things don't work on X brand is usually spawned from a person having a problem on their end or are just fan boys.

I have an AMD cpu and gpu and have zero problems right now with the game. I used to have some directx issues but AMD released a driver update a number of months ago fixing it for us.
