Anyone here Play using Windows Vista 32 Bit?

Curious cause my Brother got a 10 year old Prebuilt PC (HP) & With Blizzard dropping XP/Vista support he can't play WoW anymore & with how tight funds are it'll be a bit before He can give me the funds to build him a new PC so I'm thinking to converting him from WoW to FFXIV, at least for the time being if it can run on his old PC. His Specs are:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (2.4GHz Quad Core, OEM BIOS Prevents OCing it so it's Stock)
3GB (2x1GB, 2x512MB) DDR2 RAM
Zotac Nvidia GTX 750 1GB GDDR5
Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit

I Have the Stormblood Benchmarker on a 8GB Flash Drive but looking at the website for it it says that a 64 Bit OS is required, so the only way to find out if the game would Run is to Ask or copy the game on a USB Flash Drive to transfer it to his computer (to Save Data Useage as we only have about 200GB/Month)

It it does run, it'll be barebones and barely. it's the RAM that'll let him down. at a lower setting though, it should at least work, perhaps try the trial? a 750 TI 2GB would have been the idea zone for a lesser machine, but a 1GB should be alright since it supports DX11
