Will furnishing move from one estate to another?
I am wondering because I saw with the new patch and new housing you can relocate to a new house. And idk if I missed it or whatever but I saw nothing on furnishing moving from one house to another, so does anyone know and can confirm if when I purchase a new house all my furnishing will move over to the new house? thanks !

I think all furnishings will be placed into some form of storage system whcih you can access (not sure if this would include things like wallpapers and lights though)

I really hope it would at least include the lights because I have some expensive crystal lights lol and the event lights as well. I really want to switch over to the new area though but only time and info will tell if I will do so. thanks !
From the prelim patch notes:

Interior fixtures will remain intact, unless the relocation results in an estate hall with fewer floors. In this case, the fixtures will be lost alongside the floor.

so if I move from my small house to another small house with an upstairs and downstiars I should be fine then?

Yes, you would be fine in that case
The only situation where you would not be fine is if you were moving to a smaller plot than the one you currently own.

Here's a few things that can help somewhat (you'd still be on first come first served so you would have to snag one fast)

Make you put yourself as 'Busy' so you don't get spammed with trade windows by players who will try that to block you from buying a plot.

Also on the eve of the patch, try to be as close to the residential area of your choice so when you log back in on Patch Day, it won't be as long to teleport there then walk all the way to the ferryman XD

Like I said, these will only help you somewhat, you'd still be fighting a lot of players for a plot. XD

Oh god, Shirogane is gonna be such a bloodbath. XD

I wish you luck on getting a house though, especially if you don't have one yet. ^-^

I already have a Medium in Goblet, but I might consider moving depending if there's a medium plot free (Highly doubt it but you never know XD)

Might just get an apartment there and just leave the houses for other players to fight over. ;p

Or I might stay put since we're getting that awesome new swimming area in Goblet. =D It looks so nice. :3
