you can find other sources by doing a search just make sure it's for Stormblood Bard changes so you get the most updated versions.
You will probably find several vids on the changes. I actually liked this one because it's pretty simple and straight forward explaining how to utilize the Bard Buffs and about some of the changes.
One thing that has changed is Bard is no longer tied to non movement when casting the Bard Skills so we are what I like to call Barchers, we can freely move with the exception of when we cast Foe Requiem.
Now we provide a few different helpful buffs such as increasing critical hit rate and direct hit rate of all party members, depending on which skill your casting.
Troubadour is a purely supportive buff as it will buff party members minus yourself and depending which song you sung determines the effect:
Mage's Ballad Effect: Increases maximum HP by 15%
Army's Paeon Effect: Reduces physical vulnerability by 10%
The Wanderer's Minuet Effect: Reduces magic vulnerability by 10%
I can't help with macros as I don't use macros but I'm sure someone can.
