Having issues logging in with the free trial.

Its telling me my ID or password is incorrent. Idk how this is possible because I can log into the website just fine. Its also asking for a one-time password. The hell is that? I'm just trying to play the demo ffs. I go to my account on the SE website and it tells me I need to own XIV to activate a one-time password.

Just trying to log into this game has been a headache.

Hi,
Now are you talking about when the launcher is up where it says ID, Password and the one time one, ignore the One time password. That is an option that you can use for added security so it's optional...so just ignore that, you do not need to have that to log in game.

Now are you talking about also your trying to enter your ID and Password on the launcher and it's telling you it's incorrect? Make sure it's the same id and password you use to log into your mogstation. You may be putting in an id and password you made to log into the Square Enix website that is different then the one you use to log into the Mogstation.

Yes, that is where you register anything that has to do with FFXIV.

The Mogstation is where you create your FF14 account, the website your using is the store.

Next to the one time password there's a little blue link, click it and it'll tell you what it is and for.
