How's Louisoix (EU)

I want to get my Bard off of Lich for free cuz it kinda sucks, how is Louisoix? Preferably want a world that's like Phoenix/Cerberus, populated but not focused on raiding exclusively.

Its populated, as seen by the small queue at peak times (less than 50 peeps usually though so no long queue times)

Its an even mix of english, french, germans & russians, so if your offended by foreign languages in local and region chat you might want to avoid it.

From the FC's i see advertising and inviting its definetly not heavily raid focused, although i have seen a few out there if you wanted that choice later.

I'm happy i made it my home as everyone is extermely helpful and friendly plus the market is buzzing because of the influx of new players.

Isn't Omega still locked for character transfers?

Yeah, I agree, but it's been like this for a few weeks now.

They probably did that so players still get the bonus when reaching level 30 but they want people to transfer to Louisoix to fill that server up too. Character creation will be locked most of the time anyway due to the amount of people already playing on Omega.

I transferred to Louisoix in the end. Wasn't as full of French people as I was thinking it would be. Hell of a lot better than Lich. I wanted to move my main to Cerberus where my other 2 characters are but I'm cheap so I don't wanna spend £12 on it.

Its really populated, but with alot more casual players. Saw my fair share French and German players, some Aussies even for some reason. I transferred over from Shiva wich is aghost town outside of Stormblood content.
I would def. recommend this server.

Remember you can get 15 free days of gametime if you grind an alt to lv 30 in either omega or louisoix for EU, which takes roughly 1 day or so of gameplay (rushing everything, of course)

In that case would it be worth moving my 2 pre-level 30 chars from cerberus to louisoix? Does it work for transfered characters?

No, it only works for new characters.
