Adventure Squadron Woes

I do realize that First Lieutenant is the highest (current) GC Rank.
But is it really absolutely necisary for the absurd requirements to get it?
Especially considering all you have to do to even GET to that point?
I'm looking for any (actual) tips cause I'm at a loss for this Lvl 40 flagged mission.
I got a budy who says their squad is all lvl 50 and they still 'aren't ready for the mission'

Considering chemistry bonuses are RNG(to obtain) regardless of the mission or squad member.
Again, I get it, it's the (current) final rank of the GC
But also, again, considering all they put you through to even GET to that point, the demands are pretty unreasonable. Especially with the affenity requirements changing every week.

Level up more, change your training stats a bit, change your party composition. It's not that difficult.

I hate to say it like this but your buddy probably just sucks. You don't need chemistry bonuses, you need to be flexible and be able to change your team and stats.

Yeah, I have all but one stat well over the required level (just barely missing 15 points in tactical on an optimal setup) but I think I'm just gonna grind everyone up to lvl 50 anyway cause why not.
As for chemestry, do they mean the buff itself (ex: 50% exp when acompanied by x class) or do they mean how it says Miquote/Arcanist ?

You should aim for any stat bonuses that you can actually use. For example if a member has a chemistry along the lines of "increases tactical points by 30% if all members are of different races" and everyone is a hyur, keeping it is not going to do anything.

But 15 points in a single stat isn't much. You could just level up a bit more, then swap 20 physical or mental points to tactical points via training if either are too above the required, and you should be able to make do with nothing else.

Yup I'm gonna try for those bonuses and level grinding then.
Cause I am just barely under the required stats with my setup. And no matter what spread I use for overall stats I'm always just barely missing in one of em XD
hopefully very soon :P cause I want that First Lieutenant gear for running palace of the dead.

2/3 isn’t bad odds if you also meet chemistry. I clear that every week in advanced missions.

I found it easy to get the GC rank with an all Female Adventure Squadron Rooster.
Also was least you get a nice Lieutenant Jacket (Depending on your GC) upon unlocking the Rank and buying it off the GC Store.

so around this time tomorrow I'll be doing the grand company promotion trial >_<'
I do not look forward to whatever absurd thing I have to do to obtain the higher ranks.
When they release them or whatever.
I was about to give up on this nonsense. But I doubt I'll be wasting GC seals on it further unless the rewards for doing so are worth it.

GC seal is so easy to get anyway. I bought bunch of pepper for Chocobo , spirit bond potion, dark matter etc. because it's way too easy to cap. Need more things to spend GC seal on.

I don't have time to hope that the hunt marks appear or seek them out.
Kinda wish there was a PVP (not frontline) Roulete too.
I mean there's a page in my challenge log not getting completed!

there are other PVP types ( like 4 V4 and 8 V 8 ya know *normal* pvp matches) that aren't part of the frontline stuff....

Just have a team of 40+ and you will be OK.
