So is Stormblood actually worth it?

I mean content wise. A realm Reborn had 9 level 50 raids and and 17 level 50 dungeons (I know most of them are just hard versions of the other ones). But Stormblood has only 2 (!?!) raids and none of them for 24 players and 3 level 70 dungeons. I mean isn't that really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ low? Or do you actually gonna play through the level 50 and 60 raids prior to it?

Stormblood only has that much content because it's only a month old. ARR and Heavensward were exactly the same way when they launched, it took them each a year and a half to get all the content you're describing here. New content will be added for Stormblood over time, just like it was for A Realm Reborn and Heavensward.

Ahh ok. I did not know.
I just was like "Gonna play the game again after 2.5 years" and then realized, ohh there were 2 expansions in the meantime (And I actually looked forward back then to raid through all the level 50 content QQ did not had the time to play further and then forgot about the game. And this at level 48 -.-).
And then I looked up and was like "Well I did look forward to all the raids and dungeons I can clear, but now there are only 2 of them".

They add more content in patches every 3-4 months or so. If they follow the same pattern as previous patches we will have at least five more patches containing:

A new 24-man raid every odd numbered patch
A new 8-man raid plus a savage mode every even numbered patch
At least one new dungeon every patch

Plus a number of quality of life changes and other side content throughout the patches such as a new housing district, a new deep dungeon, and so on.

yes, they no longer offer a bundle of ARR +HW or HW as a separate purchase, it's packaged with SB.

To answer another question you asked that I don't think anyone else answered
Yes, you will be playing through all the older content. Not the Savage / Extreme content, but their normal modes. (Well, you won't be playing through Alexander which is HW's version of Coils, but you can easily find enough people to run you through them in Party Finder as most of us look at it as a way to get easy poetics because First time bonus!)
If you payed attention to the story in ARR you will LOVE the story in HW. It's my favorite when comparing HW and SB. I think you'll really enjoy it :)

There is a lot of content to go through and by the time you reach the endgame in Stormblood there will be even more content there for you to enjoy! (If you pay attention to the story that is)
