Is it ok to watch cutscenes in dungeons/trials ?

Watch your cutscenes, there is a bonus if someone do the dungeons/trials for the first time so no problem.

If it is the first one, they wait... After that the others usualy do their thing without you, but mostly(?) wait at the next boss^^

Yeah, but if they pull a boss or something while you're waiting it's on them, not you. Don't let people bully you into skipping.

I have watched every cutscene without skipping any of it but i refuse to be anti social and take up other peoples valuable and limited gaming time so i watch each and every cut sceene in the inn, whats the harm in waiting a few minutes to watch it ?

Also I've heard that the last 7th Umbral Era Main Scenario quest dungeon "The Praetorium" has some very long cutscenes, so I'd skip them there and watch them on inn or youtube.

The last two 2.0 msq dungeons have cutscenes pretty much before and after every boss. It takes a long time to watch them all while doing the dungeons.

If for some reason you don't have friends willing to help, asking duty finder people to wait so you can watch them works surprisingly often.

Don't skip the scenes just because somebody is pressuring you. You're playing a game for youself, not for them to go fast to get done with it quicker.

Please don’t pressure people. Don’t be one of those people reficulous enough to act like Preatorium and Castrum are serious business that can’t spare someone and still be laughably easy.

I warn new people that the cutscenes are loooooong and that I won't wait for them, but I don't get angry if they ignore the warning. Enjoy the cutscenes, enjoy the carry. I'll enjoy the bonus tomestones.

Heck yeah, I open with, "This dungeon has looong cutscenes, but if you want to watch them, DO SO PLEASE! We'll be fine doing the fighting without you. No worries!"

(Besides, for an extra 100 tokens, they can do whatever the hell they want.)
