Wrong ID

Hello
i played alot past year but stopped 4 month ago (played on ps4)
now i saw this on steam and thought i start play stormblood here and bought it
i went to my Mog station account and tried to enter this registartion code for expansion stormblood but it keeps saying code is wrong , need help

You might be pasting the key into the Item Redemption key area. I did that on accident with my Stormblood key as well. There is a link on the page (i dont recall the exact wording) that is for registering keys for expansions.

checked again used on Expansions *
but it says invalid i think i have to refund it cause i found some more with same issues :/
probably because i started playing on ps4.
i tried to log in and it works but i cant register any codes given from steam

Half correct.

Op said he played the PS4 version, so he does not have a PC license for ARR.
So op, if you have bought Steam version of SB you will also need to buy Steam verion of ARR.
Also, if you want to continue to play on PS4 you'll also need to buy SB PS4 version and add that to your account too.

i bought it on ps4 and on pc past year ( a realm reborn and heavensward)
and stormblood only on Steam it cant be possible that this wont work for any of those right?
how bad is this guy at his Job who thought about this

Did you bought ARR & HW on Steam too? Or from SE directly?

SB on Steam is only compatible with Steam version of the game. If you have retail version you have to buy SB on SE store.

I asked about refund i bought nothing from steam so far only Stormblood rest from SE directly and PSN store , they should write it somewhere that its not compatible :/

The Steam store page for the Stormblood has a purple notice box saying that it only works if you have the core game on steam.

but its ok got it refunded and bought it on SE
