How do i get the 2th mount speed ?

I have been searching around for information on how u get the second mount speed but have to my despair not found anything. Anyone who could explain to me on how i figure it out?

Go to your grand company and look for the Hunt npc, you'll find the items there.

just to expand on that a little bit that will only cover the areas in ARR (and speeds are for ground travel, no fly zones have speed increase tier).

You use the seals you get from hunts to buy the unlocks for a particular region so it will cost 250 seals each at any of the Hunt Npcs.
For Heavensward, Hunt Boards are found in Foundation (at The Forgotten Knight) and the quest to unlock them is called Let the Clan Hunt Begin. As those are not grand company based in that you don't go to your particular grand company.

Guessing Stormblood has a place too but I'm not there yet so someone else can illuminate on that.

dont buy the speed boost for the 3.0 zones unless you havent unlocked flying there yet. they are fully useless if you can already fly and will basicly never serve any use. no clue why they added those at all for zones where you can fly anyway.

its only good for ARR areas basicly.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I must be missing something. I can't find the option to buy the HW speed boosts. I am able to get the weekly's to kill lvl 60 B ranks. I heard that you can buy the boosts with centurio seals from the old guy in the Ishgard inn, in the advanced tab. Still, there's no speed boost to buy from him. Is there another requirement?

its only good for ARR areas basicly.

The travel maps actually buff your flight speed in the zones, but only a little. It's handy if you expect to be in the zone frequently, though. (Ex. Beast dailies or gathering HW mats.)

It's not in the advanced tab.

Well, I've just found out the answer to my own question. I had to have the 3.0 MSQ completed first. I've just completed it, and now the options to buy extra mount speed have appeared. And yes, they are not in the advanced tab.
