Cant add game time card to steam active account?

So I have a 60 day time card, but I cant seem to add it to my steam active FF14 account it just brings me to the steam wallet, any idea how to add the time card?

I know this is an old thread but yeah if anyone is having issued with the Mogstation website or trouble registering either an account or the games switch to Firefox.

actually everyone should use firefox instead of chrome all the time because google collects your info

Thank you for the solution, switching browsers got around it.

and as others have stated, opening it in a private window (or in incognito mode for chrome users) gets around the website's payment option lockout as well.

Bless you Deristus, two and a half years later you helped me out.

It's not really of browser problem but when you use steam launcher to go to Mogstation or anything related sites you will be locked as steam customer and will be only locked to steam payment. Clearing your cookies and reseting browser settings will fix that. You can avoid that by going to Mogstation ignoring client.
(I found that when people had this problem before and tried to replicate it myself).

I did this to pay my sub. Steam would not validate, likely me being stupid with my password, and got locked out. Day later still locked out, thanks MOG and steam.

Went direct to the website via Google, not the launcher. Used my cc, like usual, for a month's sub. The interesting thing is, got my 30 days, but it's yet to tick down. Haha. Maybe a display issue, but mum's the word.

This is also a problem with Firefox. Worked for me on Microsoft Edge though.

Just wanted to add: this trick just helped my wife. She was able to log into mogstation using Firefox in private mode and boom: the option to redeem the time card (and pay for time directly with a credit card!) is now visible. What a lifesaver of a tip.
