Can't log in with Square enix account

So, I can log onto the square enix website with my account but not the launcher. I tried resetting my password, but it asked me to answer a security question that I was never asked to answer when I signed up for the account yesterday. I was at NO POINT asked to answer a security question so I don't know what to do. I even tried creating a new account, which still never asked me to answer a security question, and it didn't work.

Did you create an SE Mogstation/FFXIV Account?

This is seperate from the SE store account.

Also did you confirm the account with the email they send you?

I have the same problem, created a Mogsation account, and even with the right ID and password, I cant even log in.

That's a different problem. The OP is trying to login with the wrong account.

Yours I'm suspecting is much different, since you already seem to know what MogStation is.

Did you register your CDKeys in your MogStation account and start a service account?

Yes for both of them, couldnt even login.

Have you set your subscription to renew? If you can't log in via the launcher and your game is registered, then the reason is usually because your subscription is up.

Creating an account in launcher doesnt work because it wont send me the confimation email. Same thing if I try make an account in the mogstation.

Try a different e-mail.
