Battle Hall?

I may have missed something or am kinda derping on details, but where is the battle hall?
I would like to know because I'm nearly done with what I have left of the Mandervil Gold Saucer challenge log. (just gates and Triple Triad left) I am on Mataeus and I will be playing...most of the day. So if anyone needs help with that section of the challenge log too we can trade wins.
