Sent a ticket, Got no Email confirmation
Hello,

I created a ticket using the support website, and made sure I entered my email correctly, but I didn't get an email confirmation. Is that a glitch? Should I resubmit

I would contact them by chat. E-mail is super slow especially right now during an expansion launch.

yeah this is what I did, but that has no live chat option only email

You may have tried during a time of day it was closed. Try again. After you put in the question, ignore the FAQ and click next as it instructs. You'll be prompted to log in, then chat support will show. I'm looking at it right now.
