Chain Stratagem VS RNG The Balance AOE

Chain Stratagem increases your critical hit chance by 15% on the target for 15 seconds. Every 120 seconds. Not usable in situations where there is more than 1 enemy.

Do note that even though you have 15% chance to critical hit, you actually have to land the critical hit first or else it will do nothing.

The Balance with the Ewer or the Spire gives you 10% Damage Incease to everyone for 30 seconds. Potentially every 60 seconds, and can be used in any situation. Let's be honest, with Redraw, it is hard to not get what you need.

Let's say there are 3 situations.

1) A Favorable Day where you are able to get The Balance and the AOE bonus easily.

2) A Average Day where you are able to get the Balance and the AOE bonus sometimes.

3) A Poor Day where you are able to get the Balance and the AOE bonus rarely...
