Disreputable Priest - Getting a title as samurai?

How are samurais going to get a title from this lady? I have all the armor, however she does not sell any samurai swords. Will this come at a later date?

Changing jobs won't get you a Garo title for Samurai or Red Mage, which is what his problem is.

SAM and RDM got added after the promotion was set up.
The only title that comes with the samurai gear is the Makai Monk title, which you'll need to level a monk for.
