How do you pay the monthly subscription through Steam Wallet?

I'm really confused on how you go about paying for the monthly subscription through steam. Like I to Mog Station and then where do I go from here? I bought the game via Steam so I'm sure that it's possible?

Can someone tell me if a FF subscription fee required for PlayStation 4?

I'm already paying the 12-month "playstation plus" membership fee that gives access to online multiplayer features & saves, and the discounts are quite good.

Need it for a lot of other things though, and I doubt FF XIV will be his only game. I have PSN plus too since 2014 but it's mainly for Destiny. Though I'll get Destiny 2 for PC so then I no longer kind of 'need' it.
Apart from Destiny I just play XV and other exclusive JRPG games on it.

That's up to him. Notably I've been a PSN Plus subscriber since PSN Plus became a thing. I understand it's useful.

But in this case, it's not needed for FFXIV, so the "f-- sony" lines are kind silly.

ff14 can be played on ps4 without sony plus.
