Main Quest bug?

Hi, i have a problem with my main quest.
I'm in the beginning of Heavensward, i just completed this quest : A Reward long in coming

and i'm supposed to get the next one : Divine Intervention
http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/quest/7b964f15875/

But i can't find it... In the lodestone they say i have to take it in the Fortemps Manor but there are only 2 npcs in and they are not doing anything. Am i searching in the wrong place?

Divine Intervention has 2 prerequisite quests.(It's stated as well on Divine Intervention quest page you linked).
