Paysafecard from EU on NA account

So I want to buy my friend from NA some gametime & I figured since the mogstation accepts Paysafecards that I'd use those.
But I'm not sure if Paysafecard codes work gobally (i.e. using a €20 paysafecard to buy something in $).
Anyone know if the mogstation accepts a Paysafecard code regardless of the country it's bought in?

Payment methods outside of steam wallet for steam version are region specific.
So no you cant use EU payment option on NA account.

The next best thing you can do is buy a digital NA game time card for your friend.
Amazon or directly from SE are your best options.
