That's just dodging the point. Other people being subpar isn't the issue; the problem is using third-party programs (Which anyone with half a brain and more than two minutes expeirence in online gaming would know to keep their mouth shut about) to give other people ♥♥♥♥ for what is perceive as "inferior." It's meant to be used for self-improvement. If you don't think someone else is good enough, don't invite them to your party.
Yes, they'll officially support people with superiority complexes giving other people ♥♥♥♥ for not meeting some arbitarary number...
I mentioned Zurvan Ex because thats one of the few situations where I've seen people get frustrated about it and treat others as inferiors, you don't really select the ones who are joining you if you PF on all data center. Which is also why I mentioned no one is obligated to do their best or know full rotation.
