Invalid date of birth?

Why is this still a thing with this games password reset? My birth date was put in correctly, it has, of course, not changed in my account as that is not even possible according to Square them selves. So, my question is, has anyone found any more work a rounds on this issue? Instead of using my real birth date of 11/07/1986 I attempted 07/07/1986 as some suggest, but that didn't work, nor did the 07/11/1986 suggestion work. I can log into my Square Enix account using steam or Facebook, but not the account management nor mog station. So yeah, anyone have any suggestions other than support?

They already more or less refused to help stating they can't help over emails. I can of course call the phone number tomorrow, if I want a large bill from them as reported by many people, or wait over an hour in a que chat that might boot me randomly which has happened already a few days ago. I just love how I'm sitting with a paid product that is currently not functioning as intended and no way to fix it with the company.

2. Call them tomorrow, be thankful they aren't dumb enough to allow password resets by e-mail.

The live chat support works great I came back recently and had forgotten nearly all my info and they sorted me out in like 10 minutes after asking a few questions and getting my info. It sucks the hours are so wonky unless you live in the PST timezone but they get work done.

Well, I tried chat, sat there for almost 2 hours, so I decided to call them, sat for almost an hour on hold, but when I did finally get ahold of someone it was dealt with very quickly and the support in general was great, so besides wait times it was in my opinion great support and much better than I had expected from what I was reading all over the net.
