Can't do PotD as a cross realm group?

Hi,

I've started playing again after several years. Apparently my character is now on Phoenix. It was on Cerberus where I played with my friends (whom are still on Cerberus). We wanted to play together now that I returned, but it looks like we can't do this new instance/duty? Do I really need to transfer realm to do that?

If you want to play together as a fixed party then yes you will need to transfer to them as currently you can not do fixed parties with the cross server party finder for PotD. The only way to play it together with out moving is queuing in at the same time looking for a matched party and hope you get matched together.

It also helps if everyone changes their language settings to an odd one for the data center.

That way the matchmaking will try and put like languages together.

Yes, you can currently play Palace of the Dead cross-realm using the Party Finder, just be sure that all members are in Quarrymill first.
