Linked to PS4 and bought Heavensward DLC on Steam, not appearing in Mooglestation

Hello, I bought the Heavensward DLC, but previously I was playing on PS4, as first time I bought this game it was on Steam, I thought buying Heavensward on Steam would link Heavensward to this copy of the game to play on PC.

I have the DLC listed on the games on Steam, but it's not linked to my account, so I can't play Heavensward on PC but I can on PS4, what should I do?

I tried to contact steam support, but they direct me to the Square Enix support site. I'm doomed or there's a solution?

You need the Steam version of ARR in order to apply the Steam version of Heavensward.

The same applies with the non-Steam PC version; they're different versions of the game. (Your characters will be shared across versions, but you still need the different versions to play them.)

You could probably explain to Valve that you purchased the wrong version and request a refund. Or you could buy ARR on Steam.

Cause as far i know you need to have a PC key of the orignal game ( reborn ) claimed on the mog station, before you can play it on pc.

If you only own a ps4 key of ( a realm reborn ) you can't play it on pc.

Again as far i know.

I've got the ARR in Steam, in fact, this was the one that made me make the account in Mogstation, this way afterwards I started wanting to play it on PS4, so I bought the Complete Experience PS4 (ARR + Heavensward) but now when I want to play on PC, I bought Heavensward on Steam, but I can't login into the game because in Mogstation it says I don't have the Heavensward on PC (Steam), so it's kind of bugged.

Oh! Have you applied your CD key to your Mogstation account?

Right click FFXIV in your library, select the 'view CD key' option, copy the one for Heavensward and input it at your Mogstation account. You have to manually apply the codes.

You prob did this but .. did you claim the expansion key ( heavensward ) on the mog station?

Not really sure how it works when you buy from steam etc if you have to claim the key youself or it does it automatic.

As i only use the none steam way.

Where can I see the claim for heavensward serial on Steam or Mogstation? And I can't see the Heavensward serial on Steam view cd key.

As soon as you login to the mog station you should see "Account Status" and the O ( circle mark ) means you have claimed that version of the game.
