Awww, i wanted an SOL from the start, haven't found a single one in three games, and i've tried basically all the strategies for getting one.

Bjerne, I find that if you want a SOL all you need to do is continuosly sink a nations ships (not Spanish) and eventually the new Warship will be the SOL

it's funny, usually it's the PC games that HAVE the cheats.

I haven't tried any of these in the Steam version (which I just downloaded yesterday), but this is a list of cheats known to work in the stand-alone game. Use one of the names when you start a game.

D.Gackey begin game with the ship of the line (the best ship in the game) and a full crew.
B.Caudizzle crew is always at highest possible morale
Dragon Ma dueling invincibility
Sweet Tooth Food Never Dwindles
Bloody Bones Baz Invincible in Ship Battles
Firaxis Jeff Briggs as Abbott
Scooter No matter how badly you do at dancing, the Governor's daughters always love you!
Max Remington Sid Meier as Mysterious Stranger
Bonus Frag Snappy Dresser
Sprinkler Your fleet sails twice as fast as everyone else's

Let me know if they work in the Steam version.

None of them work for PC
Walrus1928 Sep 26, 2017 @ 5:04am
What platform do those work for. Do any of them work at all for the PC?
Only the Xbox version. I havent found any for PC, which is annoying since luck seems to play more of a role than anything has you get to the higher difficulties lol
