I’m a solo indie developer, and for the past 2.5+ years I’ve been learning Unreal Engine and trying to build my own games.

Truth is — I already made two games before this. They worked. You could play them.

But I never released them.

They just weren’t good enough. Not even for Early Access.

I didn’t have the experience back then. Didn’t have the confidence either.

So I kept going.

And now — I finally have something I’m ready to show you.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS is a shop management simulator.

But not the usual kind.

This isn’t about selling water, snacks, or random goods.

This is about nostalgia.

That feeling of picking up a game, a movie, a cartridge, a VHS… when it actually meant something.

In this game, you build your own store and sell:

• games

• movies and cartoons

• consoles

• collectible figures

• and more

From retro VHS and cartridges to modern entertainment.

Because I love shop simulators.

But honestly? Most of them feel the same.

Same products. Same vibe. Same routine.

I wanted something different. Something that actually hits.

Something you feel.

So instead of another “supermarket simulator”… I built a store around entertainment culture.

The game takes place in a fictional universe.

You’ll see familiar vibes, references, inspirations… But nothing is copied.

Everything is built from scratch — products, characters, stories.

Sometimes it’s fun and chaotic. Sometimes it’s more grounded.

And over time, your store becomes part of a much bigger world.

At Early Access launch, you’ll be able to:

• run your own store

• stock shelves and manage products

• sell games, movies, and collectibles

• expand and upgrade your shop

• decorate and create your own vibe

• interact with customers

The core gameplay loop is already there — you can jump in and play.

This is just the beginning.

The game will grow with:

• new products and categories

• more decorations and store upgrades

• deeper management systems

• expanded in-game universe

• UI, balance, and performance improvements

Because I’m building this alone.

And I want to build it with you.
