DEALING WITH MODS AND RESETS..

Ok, so... I got an Underfell mod and they were 2 seperate Undertale games. COOLIO, RIGHT? WRONG. Turns out when I got rid of the underfell mod (problems w the sprites), the Original Undertale started bugging out, and no matter how many times I reset the screen acts like I'm ALWAYS in the point in the game where I've befriended Sans, Toriel and Paps (cuz that's where I was up to when I deleted Underfell, but wasn't the progress in Underfell.) I have NO IDEA how to true reset cuz all tutorials are for mac and not PC.. How do I fix this?? I need to get the pacifist run but I need to neutral run first and I'm afraid the start screen bug would affect my whole game!!! :((
