Error with Mod "Undertale Red&Yellow"

CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I trying to install on pirate copy of steam of undertale (dont judge me, i dont have money) mod Undertale red and yellow. After patching data i putted every single file from zip into it. And launched it. but it showed "code error: error on load: Unable to find function draw_get_halign". what is this error? HOW TO FIX THIS? HELP ME ANYONE. btw theres 2 data.win in my file of undertale rn "data.win" and "dataPATCHED.win" things, idk what to do with them.
