how do I exit the reset core?

I can't seem to find the way out. this is the end of a pacifist run and I'm trying to go greet mettaton and other characters

You mean...the core in general?

You just take the elevator and it leads you right out. Other than that, you could just walk outside normally.

core is normally randomized but after reset, it isn't

Take the elevator to l1 and head down, use the ferry to access Snowdin and Waterfall.
