SPOILERS Need help getting a certain phone call

I spared everyone, and need to talk to Undyne and the weeaboo lizard, I keep hearing your supposed to get in touch with Undyne but I haven't seen her since the boss fight, no phonecall or nothing, her house is empty too.

If you haven't seen her once since her boss fight, you didn't listen to a cool skeleton bro who told you that it'd be awesome if you went to hang out with them and be friends. Go back to her house and be friends with her.

And as previously stated, you must receive the non-true pacifist ending before you can be better friends with Alphys. Undyne will call you when you get near the Hotel if you're friends with her. If not, she'll just tell you what she wanted you to do after you befriend her.

I did, Flowey told me to go look for Alphys and Undyne.

I've wandered around the Hotel in Hotland like crazy and got no phonecall whatsoever. I went to her house and it says nobody's home.

I'm not sure if it's required but did you go on a date with Papyrus? I think you need his number for this.

I hung out at his house if thats what the date was, but I can't actually call the guy from my menu. He called me throughout the story but I can't flood his voicemail like Toriel.

If you don't have his number you didn't finish the date. Go back to Papyrus' house and go into his room.

Probably. Sounds like you waited too long, and are way past the point where you can befriend her.

I found out I interacted with everything at Papyrus' house except Papyrus, everything else fell into place after that.

I'm at this same spot. I went on the date with papyrus, got the first pacifist ending, got the phone call from Papyrus during the Undyne chase, but got no phone call from Undyne and if I go to her house I'm told that she has heat stroke and nothing else happens. Do I have to restart and do something differently to get the true ending?

Same here. I played a full pacifist run and finished killing flowey. Flowey tells me I can get a better ending, but I can't find Papyrus from his house. Also, I'm not getting any phone calls from him :/
When I call him, he answers and just says something about Snowdin.
Last time I saw Undyne was when I gave her water.

What to do?

EDIT: Found the solution: Go to Undyne's house in Waterfall, nw corner.

the tl;dr version for those who get stuck on this part, read below (Caution: Spoilers)

Prerequisite: After the Undyne fight in the Pacifist run, MAKE SURE YOU GIVE HER THE WATER. If you don't give her water, you will not be able to get the best ending!

After killing Omega Flowey and getting the Pacifist Ending:
1. Go to Papyrus' Room in Snowdin and talk with Papyrus in his room
2. "Hang Out" with Papyrus
3. After the hang out, go to Undyne's House in Waterfall (Note: Have an open slot in your inventory before doing this)
4. Make Friends with Undyne.After the scene, she'll give you the Letter (Note: If your inventory is full after the scene, you'll have to go to Papyrus' House to recieve the Letter)
5. Take the boat to Hotland and go to the Lab
6. Have the "Fake Date" with Dr. Alyphys
7. After the date, return to Alyphys' Lab. and enter the elevator. [CAUTION] Once you take the Elevator to the True Lab, there is no turning back from this point on!
8. After sparing everything in the True Lab, go back and fight Asgore again. Don't forget to save!
9. Most importantly, STAY DETERMINED!

I'm pretty sure giving Undyne the water is necessary. If you forget to do so and come back later (after Flowey), she suffers from heatstroke and I don't believe she can be i"Hung Out" with in order to get the Best Ending. [Correct me if I'm wrong]
