I'm pretty sure you need to dodge everything in the special thanks section of the credits to open it. Given that that's next to impossible, I'm sure you can look up what's behind the door somewhere. Or you can go insane trying to unlock it properly.

i'd say the special thanks section is a lot harder? it's more or less equivalent to sans' fight in terms of raw difficulty - some parts of it are a lot easier, but others, like when the credits crisscross the entire screen, are significantly harder, especially since you effectively have 1hp. not to mention that you have to sit through about maybe 10-15 minutes (?) of cutscenes for every attempt you want to make at the credits.
