Increase HP without killing?

Is there a way to increase my max HP without killing anyone? I am working on a pacifist run, MERCYing everything, and I am getting owned by the first Undyne fight...

Go to the inn! Its not REAL Max HP but resting there gives you an extra 10HP!

also dont forget to flee when your soul isnt green, most people tend to overlook that. Did it to myself a few times.

Undyne Pacifist isn't hard. Her opening attacks and engagements open similar. IIRC, her attack patterns do not change.. Simply run.
