Usually one talks to a vet about fixing their dog, but I suppose you could try to do it yourself.

Strong ropes to immobilize like a cow for branding (assuming you don't have anesthetic of some type), a linoleum knife, suture needle and thread, and moonshine or soldering torch to sterilize (heh) should do it.

Though dancing dogs are rare, so maybe you shouldn't fix it. It might be a hereditary trait.

What
I meant the dancing dog error screen in undertale when your save is corrupted, not a real life dancing dog

Nah bro, you aren't getting it. The next time you see a dog, wherever it is and whoever that dog once belonged to, take it, and immobilize it in front of your computer. Then sterilize it like the op reccomends. That should scare the dancing dog from your game and it will leave.

You would need to put whatever you edited (room numbers, in this case,) back to how they originally were. The dancing dog is a failsafe in case people do what you did. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game would also fix the issues.
