Help for genocide run (Toriel)

I've recently started a new game with the purpose of doing a true genocide run, and right now I'm at the Toriel boss fight, though I think I may be doing something wrong. How do I one hit kill her and does it affect how the game will play out if I don't?

Well,

you'll want to grind meat off bone in the previous rooms untill nothing appears.

After that, do pay the cow a visit.

Did you grind enemies in the ruins until you get nothing but encounters with the message "But nobody came." ?

Huh, guess I haven't killed enough / all the enemies in the ruins yet. btw is there any way to see how many enemies are left in a certain area? or do i just have to keep running around until that message appears

I still have no idea about how to do the Genocide route properly. I'm just running around in the ruins until I see said "But nobody came".

il y'a 15 monstre a tuer avant toriel

You need to keep killing monstrous (like when you want to raise STATS in other games such as Mother) until it says "But nobody came" you then go to goat mom and kill her, same for other areas.

you can track it by going to a save point, it will show how many are left not including toriel
