How do I lower Mettaton's ratings?

I heard there is special dialouge for bring his ratings very low and then attacking him but after a while his ratings stop dropping automaticly

garbage food (from Bratty and catty) can lower ratings -50 for an item. (-400 for 8 items)

There also is "disappointment" which lowers the rating by 50 points. I am not sure though how it is triggered, but its during MTTs attack.
